MT NICHOLAS LOCATION

Mt Nicholas Station is 100,000 acre high country station midway between Queenstown and Glenorchy but on the opposite side of Lake Wakatipu. This location borders the Southland and Central Otago Districts of the South Island of New Zealand and consequently enjoys a variety of climatic conditions. Long summer days with temperatures climbing into the high 20’s (Celsius) are contrasted by winter lows of down to -4, but with low average rainfall, the air is clean, dry and very refreshing.
